30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At CycleOpen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Product should be returned in reasonable condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Once the return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
1 Year Limited Warranty
CycleOpen products include a 1 year limited replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects and product failures under normal use.
If your CycleOpen remote stops functioning due to a defect within 1 year of purchase, we will replace the unit at no charge.
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Improper installation or misuse
- Water damage caused by improper sealing or modification
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications
